Calliditas Therapeutics AB, anciennement Pharmalink AB, est une société pharmaceutique spécialisée basée en Suède. Elle se concentre sur le développement et la commercialisation de son produit candidat Nefecon, un traitement pour les patients atteints de maladie rénale inflammatoire (néphropathie à IgA) qui risquent d'évoluer vers une insuffisance rénale. Nefecon est dérivé de la technologie TARGIT, dans laquelle la capsule contenant la substance médicamenteuse active est enrobée de manière à ce qu'elle reste intacte lors de son passage dans l'estomac et l'intestin jusqu'à ce qu'elle atteigne la partie inférieure de l'intestin grêle, où la libération du contenu a lieu. Nefeco combine un effet de décalage temporel avec une libération concentrée de la substance active budésonide, dans une zone cible désignée.
