Attribution d'actions Air France - KLM à la fondation de pilotes de KLM suite à l'accord collectif négocié en août 2015.

Dans le cadre de l'accord collectif conclu en août 2015 entre KLM et le syndicat de pilotes VNV, Air France - KLM et KLM ont conclu un accord le 8 décembre 2016 avec le VNV et une fondation indépendante créée par le VNV pour les pilotes de KLM.

Aux termes de cet accord, et en contrepartie des bénéfices découlant de l'accord d'août 2015, KLM a financé le 12 décembre 2016 l'acquisition au prix de marché de 3 millions d'actions auto-détenues Air France - KLM, représentant environ 1% du capital d'Air France - KLM, par la fondation, et versera à cette fondation un montant en cash d'environ 12 millions d'euros afin que la fondation puisse acquérir des actions Air France - KLM sur le marché.
