Notification de déclaration de transparence (Article 14 de la loi du 2 mai 2007)

Bruxelles, le 2 décembre 2015 - Le 27 novembre 2015, BHF Kleinwort Benson Group (« BHF KB ») a reçu une notification de Oddo & Cie SCA déclarant que sa participation dans BHF KB avait, à la date du 25 novembre 2015, franchi à la hausse le seuil de 20% des 132.244.164 actions émises et droits de vote de BHF KB et s'élevait à 27.771.800 actions représentant 21,00% des droits de vote de BHF KB.
