Notification de déclaration de transparence (Article 14 de la loi du 2 mai 2007)

Oddo & Cie SCA et Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC


Bruxelles, le 2 décembre 2015 - Le 27 novembre 2015, BHF Kleinwort Benson Group (« BHF KB ») a reçu une notification de Oddo & Cie SCA et Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC déclarant qu'ils ont conclu une convention d'achat d'actions conditionnelle le 24 novembre 2015 en vertu de laquelle ils agissent de concert, franchissant à la hausse le seuil de 30% des 132.244.164 actions émises et droits de vote de BHF KB et s'élevant à 43.603.454 actions représentant 32,97% des droits de vote de BHF KB.
